Three Churches of Mahone Bay

Three churches dominate the waterfront in Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia. The left church is the Victorian-style St. James Anglican Church built in 1885 still retains its original colors, St. John's Lutheran Church was built in 1869 and Trinity United Church on the right was built in 1861 and moved to its present location in 1885. It had a steeple, but it was removed in after being damaged by a storm. As seen in the picture, there are a total of 5 churches in Mahone Bay.
